Geopathic stresses can occur beneath or within a building, some natural, some man-made. For example, intense, repetitive behaviours or trauma, nearby tunnelling, train tracks and deep excavations can create geopathic stress in an environment just to name a few.
These geopathic stresses can affect us on a physical, emotional, and psychological level, and in time your immune system, which in turn can affect your health. Geopathic stress can also affect your sleep in a number of ways.
